Zoo Knoxville partners with other facilities and programs accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) to maintain a healthy and genetically diverse animal population in North American zoos. This critical work ensures we don’t lose animals to extinction when their populations are in peril in the wild.
Part of Zoo Knoxville’s Dream Wilder capital campaign (a $37 million visionary fundraising initiative) includes the construction and opening of the Clayton Family Amphibian and Reptile Conservation Campus (ARC). This much-anticipated exhibit showcases the Zoo’s world-renowned conservation efforts to save amphibian and reptile species from extinction.
We were asked to create a publicly facing campaign to bring this new HUGE attraction to life – and also acquire new donors. We were successful by developing a cost-effective promotions strategy, a branded visual identity that plays up the ARC’s size and scope, a microsite to capture donations, and lots of different collateral and promo items.
