Taking inspiration from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy Chef Matt Gallaher utilizes techniques and ingredients from the region to craft a menu all its own. While not authentic in the strictest sense, Emilia Italian is a restaurant that weaves together tradition with a new take on the flavors of Italy. We designed the brand and the interior space to reflect the simplicity of ingredients with the aesthetics of the region.
