Bistro by the Tracks has moved and changed through the years, both in location and various cuisine iterations. It’s established itself a Knoxville favorite and recently found its forever home in the area where it started, in a building that also holds significant local restaurant memories. The brand we created is both modern and timeless, and nods to a story of a dining destination that’s always been on the right side of the tracks.
